Emmanuel Emenike is set to miss Fernerbahce’s next two fixtures after he limped off the field in his side’s Turkish league clash against Konyaspor on Monday.
According to the result of the scan conducted, the Super Eagles striker had a tear in his right thigh and he will be out of action when the Yellow Canaries face Eskişehirspor on February 1 and Sivasspor seven days later.
The Turkish outfit will now rely on Cameroonian forward Pierre Webo to get the goals in the absence of Emenike who has scored eight goals in 20 appearances for the club this season
